Monika Radwanska is a London based editor. Originally from Poland, she moved to the UK to study a master's degree in Post Production Editing at Bournemouth University. After receiving her degree with honours, she took a position at the BBC, in their Branded Services Creative team.
In 2015, she left the BBC and joined the editorial team on the critically acclaimed and award winning feature film Lady Macbeth. From there, she established herself as an assistant editor while primarily working on studio films such as Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again! and The Commuter.
Sorority, the feature film Monika edited in 2019, was on the international festival circuit from late-2020 through 2021, where it picked up a number of awards and nominations, including being long-listed for a BIFA for Best Debut Screenwriter. The film was officially released in February 2022.
Monika has recently edited one of the episodes of the upcoming tv spin off to the Pitch Perfect film trilogy, called Bumper in Berlin. The series is set to be released on Peacock on November 23, 2022.
Throughout her career Monika has edited numerous short films. One of the her recent short films, Sid (dir. Neil Corbould), won the Best Editing at the Global Shorts film festival in Los Angeles.
She has been a member of BAFTA Crew since 2018.
